Q: How is Town Center West different from its competition?

A: Town Center West (TCW) is unique in Central Connecticut. While it is nestled in a suburban town, it abuts an interstate highway and provides exceptional regional access. Almost 150k VPD- combined interstate and regional/local traffic. TCW is a Lifestyle Center, offering manicured walkways, opportunities for restaurants, retail, offices and wellness-fitness providers. TCW also offers a central Brise-Soleil where people could gather for relaxation or small events.

Our neighbor, Montage, is a 144-unit luxury apartment complex. Montage was completed in 2020 and is fully occupied. In addition, within a 1-mile radius Rocky Hill is home to more than 25 corporate offices including: AT&T, PayCheck, Tallan, Burris, Henkel, Sysco, as well as the State of Connecticut's Lottery and Public Health Labs. Our site provides 458 feet of frontage on Route 3, has independent signalization, and is highly visible to and from Interstate-91.

A: Phase II - the construction of Building 400, with approximately 36.000 square feet will be ready for possession by September of 2024.
